Advocating Safety and Mobility for Oregon's Transportation Industry

The Oregon Highway Users Alliance (OHUA) is a private, non-profit membership organization representing the transportation community. OHUA is an aggressive advocate for a well-maintained and safe network of interstates, roads and bridges throughout Oregon, dedicated to serving the long-term interests of businesses in highway transportation.

By joining the Oregon Highway Users Alliance your organization can be part of a unified effort, larger in scope and stronger than any single company working alone in the transportation community. As a member, you'll benefit from the power and political clout that can affect the scope and shape of state

transportation policy. Numbers count, especially when influencing public policy.

Founded as the Oregon Highway Users Conference, the organization maintains a statewide presence as a vigorous and focused advocate of the highway community.

Membership further links organizations into a vital network offering transportation-related representation, public policy advocacy, market data, business and trend analyses, informational forums and more.

Specifically, membership in the Oregon Highway Users Alliance offers you an aggressive, outspoken and unified voice to influence transportation policy -- policy aimed at reducing traffic congestion, improving air quality, increasing roadway safety, providing tourism access and helping businesses reduce operating costs through enhanced just-in-time delivery.

OHUA's membership represents the majority of interests in the transportation community and works with such agencies as the Oregon Department of Transportation, DMV and more. Our plan is to be the one place political leaders will bring forth issues that affect Oregon's roadways and bridges.
